 Alex Patsioukov, Owner Born in Russia, Alex started dancing at age six, and one year later won first place in the South Russian youth championships. He continued to be a competitive dance champion throughout his youth.
Alex attended the Stavropol College of Art, graduating with highest honors in performing, teaching, and choreographing ballroom, Latin, ballet, character, jazz, and modern dance. After graduation, he performed worldwide with the Stavropol professional Cossack dance group.
Alex moved to the U.S. in 1999, following his dream to open Ballroom World and work with students and top world dance pros. Alex is married to the beautiful Yelena and has a son, Nikita Alexandrovich Patsioukov.

 Matthew Kiel Matthew, an Alabama native, holds a BA in Dance, an AA in Music and is certified by the American Ballroom Association of Teachers. He taught hundreds of students in L.A. and Las Vegas where he worked with celebrity and high profile clientele.
He has danced and choreographed for many venues across the U.S. including Six Flags Theme Parks, the Gaylord Texan, the Opryland Hotel, and the Kennedy Center. Most recently he has appeared at the Andy Williams and Shoji Tabuchi Theaters in Branson, MO and at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. His workshops are always energetic, fun, and educational. He's excited to be a part of the Springfield Ballroom World team, helping you to achieve all your dancing goals.

 Traci Hart Traci has a lifelong love of dance and teaching. She is excited to be the newest member here at Ballroom World! She has more than twenty years experience in dancing and instruction in American Style Ballroom. Though Traci is a Missouri native, her travels have taken her through several places and experiences. She has even owned her own café in Southeastern Illinois. Traci has the patience and experience to make anyone feel extremely comfortable on the dance floor. She is married to Jay, and they are raising their sons, Wyatt and Brady, to be gentlemen and good dancers.

 Janelle Teeple Janelle has been dancing and performing for 18 years. Originally from Pennsylvania, she's been trained in all genres of dance. Her specialty is in adagio partnering and theatrical performance. Recently, she has performed in Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede as well as the Andy Williams Show in Branson, MO.
During her four years of professional performance Janelle was married to performer James Teeple and is now currently seeking an Exercise and Movement Science degree from MSU. She is excited to bring her experience and energy to all the students at Ballroom World.
